How to install your IPTV on Android ?

Download IPTV SMARTERS app from the Play Store. Install the app, open it, click on “+”, then select “Login with Xtream Code API”. Enter the host, user, and password (found in your member area). NB: Delete “/c” at the end of the host link.

How to install your IPTV on iOS ?

If your device is jailbroken, use KODI. Otherwise, use GSE SMART IPTV or IPTV SMARTERS as explained in the Android section. Go to the remote playlist and add the m3u URL link from your member area.

I'm getting a black screen in all channels, what should I do ?

For MAG or AVOV boxes: perform a hard reset by unplugging the power cable and reconnecting it.

For Kodi: clear cache or reinstall the app if needed.

My account is not working, what should I do ?

Check your internet connection, reboot your router and device. Make sure your account is not being used on another device simultaneously.

My channel is buffering, what should I do ?

Buffering may be due to low internet speed or high traffic. Ensure a stable connection, disconnect other users, and use a LAN cable instead of Wi-Fi for better stability.

My m3u link is not working ?

Check the link on a PC with VLC. If it works, the issue is on your end. Make sure there are no spaces and the link is not used on another device. Contact us if the link does not work on PC.

Why my account is not working on my MAG box or STB emulator ?

  • Check MAC address and internet speed
  • Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi for better performance
  • Wipe cache or factory reset the device
  • Check server portals and recommended firmware version

Note: There is an ongoing blocking issue with MAG Box manufactured by Informir. We recommend using an older firmware version (e.g., v14). If it still doesn’t work, contact us for support or cancellation.
